Welcome to Lit With Gold, a fansite and fanlisting for Galadriel, a character from the works of J.R.R. Tolkien.
Lit With Gold is an archive of information on Galadriel. Though the site does give some information on this lady during the third age and then her return to Valinor, the majority of it is on her younger years as a maiden in Valinor, and her journey to Middle-earth.
All information comes directly from the writings of J.R.R. Tolkien. There are footnotes at the bottom of each section and a complete list of those writings used can be found here.
The fanlisting portion of this site is listed at The Fanlistings Network and was previously owned by Angela and Sasha.
For those unfamiliar with the concept, a fanlisting is simply a site that lists fans of a particular subject. In this case, we list fans of Galadriel. All that is required is your name, country, and a valid email address. If you wish, we will also link to your website (usually someone's personal site), but that isn't necessary to join.
